And that is where you come into play! We are looking for a talent who can apply the various formats and means hands-on in designing mainly digital learning and coaching modules. The exciting part: all this in an international context as well as in support of our local companies.

Under the responsibility of the Business Line Manager your mission will be:
Define digital learning offerings and, considering the client's audience and project's budget, and time targetsDesign the instructional progression of courses using different digital learning models, methods, and techniques Design the relevant material, integrating digital means and methods of learning in presence and distance - Develop appropriate diagnostic tools - such as assessment, evaluation, and competence matrix
Handover of the module storyboards to content creation teams, or, if necessary, produce content-driven digital media on your own.Key user for the DEKRA LMS system within the BL Business ConsultingLead and manage own projects, as well as support within other, transversal projectsActive contribution to the further development of the DEKRA-Advanced Blended Coaching method - Supporting the sales organization - locally and internationally - in the creation of customer-specific solutions
Active support of the G2M process of D-ABC and building up the locally required competencies with itCreating specific market documents related to the topic, e.g., whitepapers

Profil

Experience in the creation of learning concepts and contentKnowledge and mastery of relevant authoring tools to achieve best results - Ideally, knowledge of creating content relevant to learning - infographics, tutorials, videos, virtual classrooms, e-learnings
Proven project management experienceAccustomed to work autonomouslyKnowledge of automotive distribution landscape or customer experience a plus English business fluent, other foreign languages such as French, Spanish, German appreciatedAdvanced MS Office skillsStrong customer centricity Comfortable with engaging directly with clients as and when required
