We are looking for an experienced Webmaster which is a crucial position, allowing building & maintaining our e-commerce websites, technically and UX wise to ensure the good performance of the platform and the making of the revenue thru the campaigns set-up and management in due timeline.
His/her main responsibilities will be:
Fully or partially with the E-commerce manager support:
placing and testing promotions on the webshop
creating, placing and testing banners, landing pages, article pages, product selections
placing and testing changes in functionalities, add-ons, improvements (ex : facebook buttons, facebook pages, menu changes, filters changes, etc…) on the webshop + social networks
monitoring the site on the technical side (availabilities, time response, traffic, tagging, etc…), mobile vs desktop analysis and change proposition
pushing project/tickets in Jira and follow-up on the technical side
Digital content, Tracking and analytics:
participating/collecting the briefs
ensure creative assets (creation+validation with the business stakeholder) and the associated elements (links+promotions) are correct and performing
create and maintain automation feeds (emailings and/or other tools media )
ensure data acquisition from the we shops are consistent with the data repository base on our lists and segments
create, test and verify tracking elements and definitive objects (programming if necessary, etc…)
validate reporting (technical aspect)
respect time line
best practices input
Other tasks: Any change, update, improvements on the web shops : categories, covers, UX, design, branding alignment, but also develop new functionalities and modules to drive more conversions (SEO, A/B tests, inbounds links, personalization’s set up ): declaring and correcting bugs, tracking traffic, writing content, dealing with search engine optimization and maintaining security to prevent hacking. An ability to handle shopping cart software and to set up a merchant account such as PayPal is also necessary.
Education and experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Webmaster, digital.
4+ years’ experience in the same role
Technical skills:
Software: Photoshop Illustrator, Magento software, Google Analytics, Google suite (for webmasters), Adobe Analytics, Adobe suite, Optimizely, Lucky Orange.
Code and style: html, css, xml, php, unix, javascript, xampp, c++
Field competencies: Mobile and Ecommerce best practices, Emailings best practices
Internet and web expertise
SEO techniques and web development knowledge
