Contexte

The client possess a digital platform in charge of designing the B2E & B2B retail apps used by all its collaborators & partners.

In order to lead the projects by design and implement a real user-centered approach, the client is currently building a team of passionate designers.

Mission

For this specific mission, they are looking for a designer with a strong UX knowledge and a significant experience designing interfaces as well.

As a UX designer you are affiliated to the design team and report to the head of UX.

You will operate full time within a dedicated domain (under governance of a lead UX), in charge of designing specific products for suppliers and collaborators.

Here are your main missions:
User research (interviews, shadowing, personae & associated user journey maps)
Design workshops to promote a co-design mindset
User testing (guerrilla, in-lab, remote)
User feedback collection and data analysis using Hotjar
Design interfaces with the lead U.I designer & the front-end developers of the team
Ownership of the design process within a team
Advocate of the design system

Working with UX & UI designers, front-end developers in an agile environment is something you are used to, and you understand the roles of each members in an agile organization.

By joining this project, you will have to ensure a transversal approach by identifying links with other teams & apps in order to design a seamless experience

Livrables

User research (interviews, personas, UJM, testing, analytics)
Ideation workshops (sketching, design sprint) & agile delivery
User interface (Mockups, High fidelity, Figma) + user feedbacks & data analysis

Profile

The design thinking approach, common design laws, and mobile first guidelines are you day to day basics.
You have a significant experience with user research, design workshops & user testing.
You designed and optimized multiple forms in your experiences, for e-commerce but also for B2E & B2B products.
You already worked with a design system, hence you understand the value of it and the challenges it represents.
You also used data to help you in your design process or you are eager to do so.
You are comfortable at designing interfaces by producing high fidelity wireframes or mockups

You are fluent in english and french (russian or spanish are optional but appreciated)

An experience of 4+ years as a UX designer is required.
