MISSION
The SEB International Service (SIS) subsidiary is in charge of managing spare parts and accessories for all Groupe SEB brands. SIS manages a panel of 100,000 spare parts, enabling the After Sales and Repairability policy for Groupe SEB products to be applied.
We are looking for a Webmaster to join our Digital Consumer Satisfaction & E-commerce teams based in Faucogney et la Mer (70), near Belfort.
In a growing sector, the Digital team supports consumers – through brand websites and connected product applications – in the use of their products before, during and after the purchasing process or in the event of a product malfunction.
Reporting directly to the Head of Department, your main missions will be to:
Work on the deployment and improvement of service and e-commerce modules on Brand websites and product applications, working alongside the IT department, the Media department and Groupe SEB agencies and subsidiaries:
Participate in the development and implementation of communication strategies and consumer support on brand websites
Play an active role in steering committees and ensure the localisation of websites with digital staff in international subsidiaries
Improve natural referencing (SEO)
Contribute towards brand website animation and play an active role in developing new support tools for consumers with regard to services offered and online sales (spare parts, accessories, etc.)
Stimulate and communicate with the worldwide “Service” community, for all services available to consumers; respond to market demands concerning the maintenance of brand websites.
Be the main contact person for Product and Services warranties:
Manage the database of documents for international and local warranties
Take over the writing, adaptation and correction of texts for warranties, supporting the Consumer Satisfaction department
Ensure these are made available on Groupe SEB tools
Analyse the key indicators for your scope of work in order to identify the areas where improvements need to be made (Google Analytics).
Contribute towards the continuous improvement of Web solutions aimed at consumers in terms of Service and E-commerce: suggest ways of improving system function, test corrections/evolutions, localise and introduce these functions.
PROFILE
You have completed a higher education course (BTS/DUT type diploma or professional degree) specialising in Digital Communications and Webmastering or Multimedia and you would like to work on digital projects for an international group.
You already have 3 to 5 years’ experience, ideally working as a Webmaster for a company or agency.
You are passionate about the digital world; you have a good understanding of IT tools and good writing skills.
You are good at communicating, you have some initial experience in project management and you are able to put forward your ideas, listen to those of others and adapt the tone of your speech accordingly.
On account of the people you will be working with and the tasks involved in the job, your level of English is good enough to communicate orally and in writing.
