Lacoste is looking for a UX designer.
You will BE in charge of developing the user experience on e-commerce, B2B and store interfaces. More than a CV, we are looking for a motivated, versatile and curious person.
Digital is one of the key strategic axis of Lacoste. We have built a Digital Factory composed of 80 people, from e-commerce, IT, marketing and data to bring our brand to the next level. The Digital Factory oversees Lacoste digital flagship, marketplaces, digital wholesale, digital in-store, logistics, customer service and media.
We are looking for a UX Designer to conceive the most optimized omnichannel & digital experience within our Flagship and Stores. You will BE reporting to the Global UX Manager and work closely with Conversion team of the digital factory (PM, PO, Business Analysts, Dev Team...).
Your Mission Will BE The Following
Build best-in class and durable digital omnichannel solutions by working in harmony with the business strategy and the users needs.
Collaborate with conversion teams digital Product manager & Product Owners who contribute to the creation of new digital journeys, as well as to the continuous improvement of existing ones (cart, checkout, payment method...)
Practice Design Thinking / collaborative design methodologies & agile methods.
UX Research through interviews, studies, tests, to spot pain points and develop a deep understanding of our users.
UX Analytics, deep dive on user behaviors and use data on your evolution proposal to improve Conversion journey (AB Test, data analysis, journey analysis).
Design user-centered journeys : navigation design, information architecture, interactions.
Contribute to the identification and enrichment of existing journeys, features and content.
Contribute to the design and evolution of our design system.
Collaborate with our UI designers to coordinate the production of the different assets and prepare them for the dev team.
Contribute to the life of the UX team, in particular by sharing best practices and UX monitoring.
