As part of the studio team of 70+ talented designers, the Ads Motion Designer will be taking care of bringing Qonto ads visuals to life, driving high engagement and conversion in a fast-paced environment.
The Ads motion designer is responsible for the most exposed assets of the brand - seen by millions of people - and the first emotion our potential clients will feel when seeing the brand for the first time. They will take our paid ads motion to the next level and scale them in our 4 markets: France, Germany, Spain, and Italy-while working within a team of +8 composed of brand designers, copywriters, paid search experts, and acquisition managers.
Our monthly advertising budget of 7 digits is used to acquire new customers and engage existing ones on Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google App Campaigns, and others.
Our yearly goal is to multiply by 2 our performances & conversions for our different targets- Company founders, freelancers, CEO, and CFO of SMBs - through existing channels and new ones.

ð‍ð»ð§‍ð» As a Brand Designer specializing in motion ads at Qonto, you will


Define the paid acquisition art direction over our 4 markets

Craft and Deliver stunning campaigns across different channels with a true focus on Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Display, Snapchat, Twitter, Programmatic, and many more - check here our latest work!

Bring forward creative proposals based on visual performance by identifying with the Acquisition team global insights - main wins, drops & opportunities - through regular A/B test performance analyses, extract market learnings and take action from them

Keep sharpening your craft with world-class social media studio’s coaching sessions including Facebook & Google’s one on how motion can drive online performance and high engagements

Mentor and lead external creative agencies and artists from ideation to assets delivery with brief, ideation, storyboard …

Contribute to the brand design foundation with our design system expert

ð Your Future Manager 
• His path? Mathieuworked for different industries and companies: advertisements, start-up, and CAC 40 firms, developing skills in creating business impact, brand scaling, sharing knowledge, and transforming brand organization. Now, he is leading a growing team of 70 people at Qonto with the help of his managers Carla, Julien, & Mélanie.

• What can he bring to the team? Upon joining Qonto, Mathieu created a real collaborative team from scratch making the Design team going from 6 people to 70 within the past 2 years. His scope comprises Brand Design, Product Design, UX Writing & Design systems for all the branches of Qonto (FR, IT, DE, ES). He will be the perfect manager to help you grow in your understanding of UX Writing, Brand Design, Design Systems & Management.

ð About You
Strong digital advertising skills: you have 3+ years of experience in motion design - in an agency, an advertiser or highly creative brands
Sense of ownership: You successfully lead your projects and share your approach and expertise, to continuously improve the team’s work.
Excellent analytical skills: you are data-driven and know how to have creative ideas based on data insights
Great team player: you love solving problems with your teammates and working closely with other functions such as growth & design, local markets, and sales
Languages: You are fluent in English to engage with all international team members within the company.

ðª Our hiring process:

- A 60 min video call with one of our Talent Acquisition Managers, to better understand your career plan and answer any questions you may have

- A 60 min video call with your future manager, to be aligned on expectations on both sides and to talk about how you would work together

- A remote exercise to evaluate your skills and give you a taste of what working Qonto could be like

- Video calls or onsite interviews with future team members(optional) to help you understand what working at Qonto is like

- A final video call or onsite interview with the manager of your future Department

We will send you an interview guide so you can best prepare yourself.

On average our process lasts 20 working days and offers usually follow within 48 hours ð
