As a Product Designer at Qonto, you will be joining our growing Design Studio, composed of experienced UX/UI Designers, Brand Designers and Product Marketing Managers.
Alongside our Product Management team, you will work on making amazing user experiences, and building the most scalable product you can think of. ️Your responsibilities Discovery: You will partner with Product Managers to validate problems, define goals, run user interviews, prototype interactions and oversee the design process. Delivery: You will design mobile and web interfaces that are simple, elegant and enjoyable, in a fast-paced environment. Design System: You will participate in building a strong tool with Product Managers & Developers in order to improve consistency, fast execution and the overall experience of our product. Continuous improvement: You will define and improve design standards and processes.

About You

Experience: You have 2+ years of experience working for a product in a B2B/Saas environment. Mastery: You have a strong UX sensibility and experience in applying research insights to design. You are comfortable designing high quality UI for both web and mobile. Passion: You are extremely curious and love learning how to perfect your product craft everyday. Languages: You have excellent communication skills in English to engage with all stakeholders within the company.

A 60min interview with your future manager to create a strong alignment on what he’ll expect from you, and tell you more on his way to operate A 45min video-call with one of our talent acquisition manager to better understand your career plan and answer any of your questions An exercise to evaluate your hard skills and understand how you see the world Onsite interviews with future team members to help you project yourself A final interview with one of our C-level/Founders
