Digital Solutions team evolves on a strong international environment with the purpose of accelerating the digital transformation of Saint-Gobain businesses. Our aim is to deliver strong, flexible, and added-valued digital solutions to answer to the business’s innovation needs.

You will be reporting to the Digital Solutions Head of Design & Methods. You will be applying the UX methodology on a wide range of projects and will integrate the HPS Digital Factory.

Your mission :

Design Ops

To be a driving force behind the implementation and optimization of design and UX processes and methodologies within the framework of the projects and their interaction with all stakeholders Be the User / Customer voice in term of user experience of all Digital Solutions by building the KPI’s set to evaluate the Design impact and the ROI. Ensure design and UX consistency by implementing a design system. Explore customer behaviors and needs by building strong user research expertise in close collaboration with the BU's Expert evaluation of interfaces (usability audits) Wireframes/Prototypes conception and testing Collaboration with development teams, product owners, business analyst, etc.

Design & Customer centricity Culture

Diffuse the design culture in the Digital & IT community by animation the UX Community and spread UX best practices to create a common language. Work closely with Central Innovation and Saint-Gobain Marketing & Development Organizations Provide appropriate trainings to the team members to continuously enhance both business and design expertise.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master on UX Design and with over 7 years’ experience Perfect mastery of Figma (other tools can be accepted) Ultra-solid knowledge in UX design & UI design with an expertise (UX research, content design, prototyping...) Behavioral skills: Enthusiasm, curiosity, adaptability, proactivity / strength of proposal, pedagogue “Customer first” oriented Communication skills suitable for articulating and promoting Design culture to different audiences. Experience with international teams is a plus. Business English writing and verbal communication skills.

Additional Requirements

This position is based in Saint-Gobain Headquarters (La Défense, France). Occasional business trips are expected.
