Do you love the thought of shaping seamless and new beauty digital experiences? The Digital Experience Team EME is seeking a Product designer to work on new digital products and enhance existing experiences to create the one-stop-shop online experience when it comes to beauty!


You are a natural collaborator and an excellent communicator, able to develop and present design ideas in a large team environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams such as Creative Studio and content, Digital Product teams. You should possess extraordinary visual and user interface design skills, as well as user-centered design principles. You have an affinity for consistency, color use, typography, and a keen eye for subtle details. While exercising a good eye for aesthetics, you are able to grasp and distill highly complex issues and translate them into clean, focused, understandable solutions.

Redesign the digital experience and advocate for user-centered design solutions Create distinctive, branded digital experiences that are desirable and consistent across multiple platforms, devices and channels Identify ways to innovate in micro-interactions on digital products and experiences Develop new product concepts, storyboards, detailed interaction designs and users, screen flows, and prototypes to clearly articulate solutions Actively collaborate as part of an agile feature team with products owner and manager to effectively bridge design and development through your understanding of front-end development, Conduct user research to discover insights, help define user typologies, user journey maps, usability tests, and other user research methodologies Help evolve brand style guidelines and design systems while promoting the importance of UI copy Apply motion theory and principles in your work, especially in prototyping Present your work in an engaging, clear, thoughtful manner

At least 6+ years work experience with a focus on product design and UI across a variety of platforms including web, and iOS. A strong online design portfolio. A great eye for detail, demonstrate creative and innovative problem solving and you have the ability and willingness to make continuous improvements and help make positive leaps in results and overall performance. Highly skilled in design tools Able to clearly communicate concepts and designs through sketches, wireframes, and prototypes. Familiar working with design systems that consistently scale across platforms Hands-on experience designing consumer applications for desktop, web, and mobile Proven experience working in design teams in an Agile product development setting and a strong sense of teamwork. Enthusiasm for an iterative design process, inspired by group critique and continuously seek opportunities to learn, question the applicability of past approaches in the current environment. Previous experience working in an e-commerce & retail environment is a plus but not a requirement.
