We’re looking for an experienced UI/UX designer to lead our user experience across all touch points.You are an experienced UI / UX designer with a holistic take on user experience & brand identity. You have experience in and are comfortable navigating between marketing, brand and product - and see the connect total user experience as the most important expression of our brand.You’re role is to work together with our brand, growth and product teams to conceptualize, design and implement a seamless, fluid, instantly accessible and fun user experience across all digital channels from digital marketing all the way to our mobile and desktop products.This position is remote, and can be performed anywhere in Europe.You’ll be reporting to our Chief Experience Officer.What You’ll Do Define and lead the execution the overall user experience for Stage11 across all (digital) channels.Develop our digital brand identity as it evolves through co-creation with our community of users and as we learn from the experiences and products we launch.Work closely with a cross-functional team of engineers, product managers, marketers, and artists to create fun, instantly accessible experiences.Iteratively ideate and develop prototypes to define creative solutions.Guide user research to explore new product areas or refinement on existing products.Work with team leadership to define the operational properties of project development, including development processes, production planning, status reporting, risk management, resource management, and budgets. What You’ll Bring Minimum 5-10 years of experience.Portfolio showcasing strong work in UI/UX design across games, mobile and digital channels.Experience using Figma and other interactive wireframe toolsExcellent graphic design and tool competenceExperience leading UI/UX design teams.Experience designing for and participating in user research interviews to understand customer needs and pain points.Experience working on the Unity and Unreal platforms.Experience creating interaction flow wireframes and designs based on high-level product spec.Experience working with major brands in the music, fashion, and lifestyle industries is a major plus.Augmented Reality experience is a plus.
