Motion Designer




We are looking for a senior motion designer to join our video team based in Montpellier, France to scale our internal video production capabilities that support our sales and marketing department.

The Profile We Are Looking For

Expert in creating corporate video motion design, such as explainers videos, product presentations, and data case studies videos. The ability to convert any photoshop/illustrator asset into an animated video wrap is required. With excellent communications skills, to collaborate on a daily basis on video needs from other departments around the world, such as the marketing and sales departments which are non-video experts.

The Mission On a Daily Basis

reviewing and update existing After Effect projects
manage incoming requests from all departments that need a video
propose solutions and workflows, clarify production briefs from non-video expert
produce the videos, and organize the After effect projects to be re-usable
maintain quality and consistency across all our videos, globally.

On The Technical Side, The Biggest Challenges Are

fast paced team environment : 3-4 days to produce a video, up to 1-3 videos per day
updating and maintaining our in-house templates and scripting in After-effects
Improve our workflow through AE automation.

Requirements

Similar B2B experience (4 years as a minimum)

Advanced knowledge of Adobe After-effects CC, Premiere Pro, Illustrator & Photoshop

Familiar with corporate aesthetics

Detail-oriented and solid sense of self organization.

Comfortable working in Mac OS environment

Great communication skills and solution-oriented.

English spoken and written comprehension

Bonus Points

French is a plus, other languages as well.

Interested in the digital industry, advertising, tech.

Knowledge on photography & video color edition

Filmmaking experience

Knowledge of Audition
