As a Digital Lead (Marketing) in the Design Studios team, you will be a strategic thinker and visionary leader who understands people, design, business and technology, and are able to combine it all to propose solutions and experiences to project’s needs. You will be a creative thought-leader with an excellent digital & marketing background who will lead, guide, and mentor and motivate a team of Experience designers in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, working across experience (UX) design, user journey design (marketing cloud), digital products and service solutions as well as digital marketing optimization challenges and campaigns. You will do this while building deep client relations, making senior clients feel both comfortable and engaged through the entire process. You will work with a multi-dimension team of creative specialists, establishing the frameworks and vision that will guide the outcome for new experiences. You will be a design thought partner for the consulting team, leveraging a design & marketing strategy approach and offering design solutions to meet the client's objectives.
You will work with our consulting teams, lead and oversee digital & design projects end-to-end by executing complex and ambiguous briefs with minimal direction by translating business language and processes into creative solutions. You will be comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously, preferring a mix of strategic and design work. You will be able to quickly build rapport and trust with clients and provide direction and design critique to team members. You will be creative as well as analytical and enjoy working on a range of projects - from digital product design to UX/UI and content marketing. You will be collaborating with the global Design Studios digital team, and leading projects with an international team, when needed.
You’ll lead and develop creative briefs that capture the business challenge, build timelines, ensure all deadlines are met, communicate with clients and have the ability to conceptualize and ideate creative digital solutions, support all decisions with creative, strategic and/or business reasoning, present creative concepts and discuss ideas to internal clients.
Leading and coordinating on multiple creative projects at one time, you’ll drive the execution of creative projects ensuring clients are satisfied with the quality of final result. You will provide leadership and inculcate innovative thinking to the Digital team and establish rich and engaging partnerships with BCG Consulting teams. As a Digital Lead (Marketing) you will be guiding Experience Designers, content designers, and CRO specialists in the team from associate to senior level, providing guidance, direction, upskilling and support throughout their career development.
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in design or related field (Design School Preferred)
6+ years of experience in a Professional services environment/ Design start-ups/ Design & Digital Marketing Agencies.
Excellent knowledge of design methodologies, Figma, Adobe Creative suite and other common prototyping and digital design tools.
Advance understanding of Marketing Cloud environments, related to customer journey design.
Excellent Color Theory, with in Depth understanding of Design Systems, and UI/ UX Design principles.
Excellent English; Working proficiency in French
