Context

Scope

This role is a temporary contract of 6 months (replacement /maternity leave).

As a UX/UI Product Designer at Worldline, you will be in direct collaboration with the Product Manager/Lead Product Design and with international product teams (India, Brazil, Singapore), you will be in charge of the design of the user experience of PPaaS platforms with the aim of improving performance by digitizing journeys and processes through a user-centric approach.

Responsibilities

Design the end-to-end functionality and experience of our internet platform Collaborate closely with engineering, product and editorial teams to find elegant yet practical solutions to design challenges. Together you will solve problems and propose solutions that will delight our users. Carry out user research and study behaviors - development of personas, user journey, blueprint... Translate user and business challenges into concrete use cases Participate in the organization of Design workshops and produce UX deliverables - Information architecture, User flow, etc... Produce concepts and prototypes – Wireframe, Mockups UI, Ergonomics & Graphic design of screens Produce and maintain our Design system – Design of an Atomic Design System Writing UX & UI specifications

Experience

You graduated from a design school specializing in digital product design You have solid experience (at least 3 years) in digital product design You have demonstrated experience in carrying out design processes from start to finish. Whether it's conducting user research, brainstorming, creating wireframes, creating detailed UI/UX, prototyping, or just creating a Powerpoint, you feel comfortable using a variety of methods and tools to go from idea to reality, bringing others with you throughout the process You have experience designing experiments - you know how to use hypotheses to find solutions and apply qualitative and quantitative data to make design decisions You are comfortable with ambiguity and have shown an ability to bring clarity and structure to a complex system or user experience challenge. You have strong visual awareness and sensitivities You have already implemented an “Atomic Design System You thrive when working as part of a team in an ever-changing environment. You are confident, eager to learn and want to collaborate with others to design world-class expérience

Technical skills:

Good knowledge of UX methodologies Graphic Design techniques – Layout grid, Typo, Colors… Design tools – Miro, Sketch

Other important skills:

Strong written and oral communication skills in English. Strong adaptability and flexibility Keen to work in an Agile/SAFE environment. Strong team spirit, supportive of others’ contributions. Rigorous, creative & proactive
