About this Job:
We are seeking a highly motivated SalesForce (CRM/CPQ - Configure, Price, Quote) Business Analyst to join our team!
This role will be responsible for collating and analyzing the data coming from SalesForce.
This position owns the data that resides in salesforce and will work regularly with the sales community in Continental Europe to ensure the quality of the data entered.
By providing insight in the data via reports and dashboard that you create, you are setting the direction for sales managements and sales persons. By analyzing the data, improvement areas are identified, and data issues are highlighted. A high-level of competency in with Salesforce CRM and CPQ is a requirement.
This role will assist Marketing with data requirements, including segmentation, filtering deduplication and campaign support. Support areas to include, but not limited to the following: All core CRM functionality including accounts, contacts, opportunities and reports. All current and future customization such as Sales Plans and territory wizards. All areas related to CPQ, including leads, quotes, orders and agreements. You will be capable of taking control of data requests, and seeing them through to resolution, either directly or via other resources within the business. This position will manage data in and out of Salesforce to support sales and marketing needs.
Additionally, this role will require in-depth knowledge of Aggreko’s Sales, Marketing, and business processes.
The SalesForce Business Analyst will work closely with the Head of Sales and Marketing Initiatives as well as other Salesforce CRM Regional Leads.

Policing of Company Data:
Ensuring data is correct across Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, etc.
Identifying & correcting errors made by system users
Communicating errors made by users in a friendly, helpful manner
Checking to ensure that all opportunities are up-to-date, in real-time
Ensuring all data fields are populated correctly at all times
Reporting improper system usage to senior management
Sales and Marketing Support:
Assisting Sales and Marketing with data requirements, including segmentation, filtering deduplication and campaign support
Working with senior management to support reporting needs
Building ad-hoc/custom reports and dashboards specific to job functions
Generating detailed work instructions for Sales, Marketing, & business processes

Desired Skills. We’re Experts. You’ll have the following experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related field with 8 or more years of relevant experience
Strong project management, data management, and training & support skills
Strong business intelligence and sense of how the automation of Sales business processes can be utilized to improve business efficiency and the bottom line
Ability to develop strong relationships and work with senior management
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Solid business acumen, management, and problem-solving skills
Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong time management, organization, and leadership skills
Continuous Improvement Process experience helpful
Ability to travel regularly (25% or less of working time)
