Entity and activity description

As part of Company Strategy Program Neos, the Industrial Merchant Business line will be moving to an integrated supply chain for Bulk ( Integrated Bulk Operation - IBO) . This integration requires process and system integration with a customer centric approach. IBO is a set of multilayer key initiatives to achieve the best in class on asset loading , cost competitiveness and customer experience which requires to lead new and key projects to prepare the transformation. The program is led by IM-World Business Line in close collaboration with the Hub industrial teams , R&D , Data Factory, Clusters Supply chain teams

The current core team is composed by 4 people located in Paris and Canada from different nationalities (French , Chinese, Taiwanese) the extended team with Clusters is obviously multicultural

Missions and Responsibilities

A as solid root of this IBO transformation, strengthening our distribution and logistic fundamental is key. It means:

Be able to develop correlation between Key operational indicators Key management indicators by leveraging data science with R&D Team ( first 6 months) Build a training module on “fundamental” consequently for end user with “Hands on” training, allowing them to trigger actionnable in their day to day work ( 2nd 6 months) Roll out strategy to define and execute ( third 6 months) Recommend the evolution of our Distribution system accordingly ( UI and Ux ) for a unmatch Employee experience around our Alto distribution system (final delivery)

Additional information

The position will be based in Madrid, Spain, during the first 8 months and in Houston, US, during the remaining 8 months of the VIE mission.
