Job Description:

We are looking for a leader to lead this front office and to drive the change. You will be assisted by 2 data analysts to support you. Join us!
Your operational responsibilities as a team leader:
Manage people, planning and budget of your team (incl. subcontractors)
Lead the change! Be a role model in the AGILE transformation of the team.
Lead activities and ensure smooth & efficient working with other team leaders.
Lead the front offices (Data help desk, Data assessments requests, Classification requests) with ~20.000 requests / year.
Deploy efficient monitoring including visualization tools
Identify root causes of recurring issues and initiate improvement projects, in close coordination with data specialist and the data Quality management team
Continuously improve the help desk process, customer feedback loop and toolset.
Develop the expertise in analytics: use predictive analytics & automation as much as possible.
Your role as a project manager:
Initiate transversal improvement initiatives together with the data governance office team based on the root cause analysis.
Identify opportunities of new “transformative” projects in your operational perimeter.
Perform pitching of the projects to the sponsors (vision, reasoning, added value, etc of the project)
Day to day project management – follow-up of activities, budget consumption, arbitration, change management in case of scope update/modification needed, communication with the project sponsors, project steering committee and within team
Competences:
open minded & enthusiastic in transformation of teams (mandatory)
a successful experience as part of an AGILE team (strongly wished)
leadership & interest in working with people (mandatory)
Knowledge in Backlog refinement (wished)
Owner of an AGILE qualification, expl SCRUM or SAFE (wished)
Profile:
Engineer or technician
experience in managing a team (wish)
Experience with VUCA environments (volatile, uncertain, complex, ambiguous) expl AOG or customer management (wish)
Experience in supply chain or industry (not only in IT)
