Job description

Data is at the heart of every decision at Aircall. We are looking for a highly motivated / talented Senior Product Data Analyst to partner with the Product team and help them make the best decisions possible.

What you will do:

Support the Product team leadership to prioritize the roadmap based on the different inputs (potential upside, customer delight, etc.) Partner with the Product Managers to define KPIs of success for new features and implement relevant tracking / dashboards Train Product Managers on the different data tools (Amplitude, Looker) so that they are autonomous in their day to day Increase our knowledge about how Aircall is being used by our customers by ad-hoc analysis Be the Amplitude expert at Aircall and drive usage Own the tracking of the Aircall app: support Product Managers in the tracking plan of new features and support Developers in the implementation

Preferred experience

We are looking for:

Master degree in a top business or engineering school Prior work experience in a product analytics role (and ideally familiarity with Amplitude) Curious, problem-solver, with a strong motivation to learn great skills in one of the most promising domains Detail oriented, rigorous, and focused Comfortable managing several tasks and issues in a fast-paced environment Fluency in French is preferred, but we will happily welcome analytical-minded people who only speak English
