JOB PURPOSE/ROLE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support and motivate regional teams
- Driver to improve standards and develop Best Practices
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
- Business expertise:
* Excellent claim assessment skills, good knowledge of local legal and insolvency practices and working knowledge of international practices.
* Detailed knowledge of EH products and working practices
- Interpersonal skills:
* Excellent project and change management skills
* Good communicator (internal/external)
- Market knowledge:
* Good knowledge of customer practise and competitors products which enables identification of business improvementopportunities
- Base of Project Management
- Base of Change Management
- Ability to work in an international environment, to encompass various processes in their globality, make a synthesis of findings, identify key issues and make recommendations adequate and proportionate to issues at stake
- Networking skills
