Are you looking for a new challenge ? We are currently looking for a Business Analyst who will have two mains goals :
Reporting on the WW purchase activity to Top management / Development of appropriate indicators / tools.
Analysis and tools to assess / improve the purchase performance. Market analysis for the business. Keep European team costs under control.
Experience
You have a good company knowledge and an experience in 2 of the 3 domains : Arkema product portfolios / worldwide team-working / IT systems (SAP, Office pack… ), excel mandatory.
Fluent English (oral and written) is a mandatory.
Initiative-taker, good interpersonal skills, rigorous, tenacity. Ability to understand and summarize information coming from various sources.
As a Business Analyst, you will work for the Global Process & Methods Manager
Your main responsabilités are :
1) Purchase analysis and reporting (spend of ~3 Billion €/y) : develop worldwide analysis and reporting to Comex, BU, Purchase teams
Be in charge of DAMPE worldwide regular and ad-hoc reporting (Top management information)
Monthly DAMPE brochures; price forecast; product sheet etc.
Quarterly reporting including savings, complete brochures and spend file etc.
Periodic vendor sheet (event: AFPM, EPCA etc)
Consolidate and improve WW purchase data
Support and coordinate with purchase teams to put in place specific reports as per needs (request per purchase teams or BU).
Follow-up on-going projects (orange, payables etc)
Contribute to the Raw materials budget and to the Business Reviews.
Propose and implement appropriate reporting indicators (Indexes, benchmark)
2) Purchase performance ( ~36 strategic purchasers and 10 Purchase groups in Europe, US and Asia/Pacific) define, implement, report indicators ( savings, spread, KPI, Indexes, Working capital …) for the DAMPE teams
Propose and implement indicators to measure / improve the performance of the Purchase teams (savings, KPI, Raw materials inventory, payment term …)
Implement the reporting on these performance indicators.
3) Market (product) analysis ( more than 1000 raw materials; follow-up of ~ 30 Top vendors and 35 product lines with worldwide purchase leadership)
Realize analysis to better understand/ steer the business (analysis on vendors, market analysis)
4) Costs controlling : in charge of the Arkema France / DAMPE center cost controlling.
Control of Arkema France team's cost on a monthly basis
Participate to the budget process
