The Business Analyst for the Claim center is within the agile team one of the link between the Product Owner(PO) and the development team. He/She can sometimes help in activities usually performed by a Product Owner, such as:
Gather the customer needs,
Define and order the Product Backlog,
Plan how to realize the Backlog together with the team,
Help the Product owner to prioritize according to the business value.
This role will :
Be the designated partner of the Product Owner in order to actively support the construction and implementation of AXA Partners Solutions. In particular in the construction and maintenance of the backlog(including definition of done and acceptance criteria…),
Contribute to the launch and maintenance of the Guidewire Design authority.
The dimensions of your role :
The scope of the role will be Digital & Services Central functions working in conjunction the Claim center IT Owner to build and lead the transformation roadmap and support the Travel Business Line.
The Key Responsabilities :
Lead Agile creation and maintenance of the Guidewire claim center product Backlog.
Assuring that the configuration and the design of Guidewire for AXA Partner remain within the standards and best practices of the product .
Be a key actor and decision maker of the Claim Center Design authority
Design the Claim center for productivity and efficiency (automation)
Be a in full support of Product Owner (PO) in the definition of the backlog while relaying that knowledge within the agile team
Responsible to support the PO in the reception of what have been developed.
The candidate profile :
You are 3/5 years qualified Documenting and analysing business needs, Implementing experience in Guidewire, Leading workshop, Management of steakholder and Direct business interaction and support.
You have excellence communication skills and have proven track record of successful Agile practices implementation.
You are highly organized, autonomous and results-oriented. With excellent interpersonal skills and real leadership, you are recognized for your ability to create networks, identify, influence and convince Actors.
You have a perfect command of English both orally and in writing, which will allow you to interact with your interlocutors, who will all be English-speaking.
Travel to England will be planned (frequency to be defined), in order to create the link with the Business that is based there.
