We are looking for a Senior Web Analyst to join our growing Analytics Team within the Product team .
As a Senior Web Analyst, you will collaborate with our Product Owners, Product Design & Research team to jointly create the specifications for behavioral data needs, and provide insights on product usage and customer problems.
Provide deep, extensive analysis and insight using quantitative analysis tools to analyse and understand on-site visitor behaviour, flow and conversion drivers to provide recommendations across teams.
Work cohesively with Product Design & Research Team and several Product Managers : contribute to the product roadmap and collaborate on product launch strategies during each stage of the process, from ideation through analysis.
Collaborate with various internal teams (business intelligence, engineering, analytics) to ensure data quality and integrity.
You have at least +5 years of experience working in a growing Analytics team and can talk about how you have worked with stakeholders to deliver impact in dynamic environments.
You have the ability to understand on-site visitor behaviour & experiences and highlight profit opportunities to the business.
You have abilities to deliver the analysis framework that enables delivery of insights into financial impacts from user journey changes.
You have experience in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Firebase, Content Square.
You have experience with data visualisation tool such as Tableau Software.
You know how to use appropriate data: have experience of specifying and setting data collection systems, and ensuring quality of others’ analysis.
You can explore and analyse data using programming languages such as Python, R or SQL.
You are comfortable in communicating professionally in English as we are an international company.
