Reporting to the Traffic Lead on Emerging markets, this role will be responsible for increasing traffic as well as growing our customer base in Sweden.
You will be responsible for driving traffic, customer acquisition and enhancing users engagement (UX, Merchandising and CRM)
You will create our media strategic roadmap for Sweden, and be in charge of its execution
You will closely manage our SE marketing budget through advanced data analytics and thorough reporting
You will be responsible for our media mix efficiency managing day-to-day performances and ensuring alignment with your targets
You will be leading all marketing channels execution: creatives, tracking, landing pages, product flows, A/B testing…
You will be closely following the market trends and competition
You will collaborate closely with :
the Brand team to adapt the communication strategy to the SE market
the SEO team for a virtuous media mix
the Supply team to make sure we have the best offer to deliver to our prospects
the product team and Customer care team to optimize user experience (UX),
You have at least 4 years of experience in customer acquisition & digital marketing
You have at least one highly successful experience scaling a B2C e-commerce platform for the Swedish market
You have a macro understanding of the SEO and Brand challenges, to grow an e-commerce platform organic traffic
You are a Swedish native speaker who masters the language to perfection, and fluent in English
You are a Google AdWords and Google Analytics black belt
You are proactive, eager to learn and curious about tools and strategies with an instinct for new opportunities
