The Talent Acquisition Manager develops, implements and executes effective talent acquisition programs, processes and solutions that will attract the right talent for the EMEA and APAC regions. The TA Manager is fully responsible for the implementation of recruitment innovations and employment branding in all recruitment efforts aimed at bringing the best talent to BIC. He/She meets regularly with business leaders and HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs, set sourcing strategy and identify potential gaps in the process.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop, implement and refine recruiting strategies to attract and hire top quality talent with a commitment to diverse hiring practices Lead, manage and develop the talent acquisition team, building out the team to achieve the company's recruiting priorities and driving a high level of performance Build trust, credibility and establish relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring and business needs, challenges and business objectives Develop and lead through comprehensive recruiting metrics Partner with the Talent Acquisition Enablement Manager on the design, development and maintenance of the recruiting process Develop new and innovating sourcing pipelines; partner with other stakeholders like universities and peer companies to increase candidate flow Use social media sites to promote the BIC employer brand, post jobs and engage candidates Manage the overall candidate experience, coach hiring managers on the process and implement recommendations for continuous improvement Serve as a Subject Matter Expert to field HR Business Partners who are performing recruitment functions Explore the market best practices in recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practicesSUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL POSSESS:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required Minimum of 7 years recruiting experience; including experience in a corporate recruiting role and in an agency/search firm role Proven people management and leadership skills with demonstrated ability to grow and develop a high performing team of recruiters across a variety of functional areas. Previous experience with managing remote team members preferred. A commitment to collaboration and creating the highest performing, diverse and inclusive workforce A passion for telling the company story, building our brand and establishing new processes that challenge traditional methods of recruiting Demonstrated experience establishing customer relationships and a track record of excellent customer satisfaction required Strong knowledge of current trends, innovations and best practices in global talent acquisition A proven ability to pipeline talent along with an in-depth knowledge of creative sourcing techniques to uncover passive candidates Technology experience and aptitude (Excel, PowerPoint, ATS, Glassdoor, LinkedIn, Indeed) English and French Required.
