Reporting to the France Human Resources Department, you are leading Talent Acquisition for Bureau Veritas France (7 800 employees, between 1 200 and 1 400 new hires per year to support the Group's economic development).
Within our HR teams and in close proximity to the operational networks of Bureau Veritas, you will have the opportunity to contribute into building the HR function of tomorrow within BV and support the business in its development dynamic.
In this context, your main responsibilities will consist of :
* Lead and develop a recruiting team (10 people).
* Developp an innovative recruitment strategy in order to attract talents on national and international areas for specific markets (nuclear,aeronotics industry,…) : 1200 to 1400 recruitments/ year.
* About workforce planning:  work with the Business and HR Business Partners to anticipate current and future needs and ensure talent is sourced in a timely manner
* Manage & monitor the action of our recruiting vendors in order to improve their effectiveness (interim agency, headhunters, recruiting consultancy, Job boards, etc …
* Be the expert on the use of social media and technology in the “resourcing” area ( projects about AI, Chat bots …)
*  Manage recruitment process performance thanks to relevant KPI's.
* Constantly monitor and make recommendations on changes and trends in the market in terms of organisation, profiles and compensation.
* Understand the external market, traditional and non-traditional competitors of talent to shape resourcing initiatives  & strategy accordingly
* Own and drive the BV candidate experience  
* Employer Branding – own the deployment of the BV employer brand in France, bringing to life and ensure candidates are selected in line with the four values, culture of BV
* Actively contribute to the BV Talent Acquisition community, helping to position BV in the external market place, sharing good practices, contributing to global TA priorities
* Define a strategy on school relations, develop our key school partnerships to attract key & emerging talents for our company needs. Proactively manage links with universities, schools, other channels

Your profile :
* Higher education diploma in business administration, HR is appreciated.
* Significant experience as recruiter for a growing company or a recruiting consultancy firm.
* Excellent leadership skills, you are able to develop your teams and to lead a large network of internal actors in accordance of a recruiting strategy.
* Known for your energy and creativity, you like to take challenges, you can manage complexity and like to innovate.
* Organized and rigorous, to monitor the recruitment processes.
* Proactivity, strong analytical and summarizing skills, ability to lead and convince our internal clients.
* Fluent in English and french to foster collaboration within an international Group.
* Working knowledge of innovation tools and Business Network, ability to run them.
