SP&O Business Analyst

What you’ll do

Seeking a highly motivated individual to support Run-the-Business & Sales Readiness activities across SP EMEAR selected Cluster.

Your main responsibilities will be to manage the governance & operational efficiency across the Sales organization you are aligned to, assist in ensuring seamless execution of strategic priorities, conduct regular business & process improvement reviews & support resolution, drive focus on tactical & strategic key business indicators, and coordinate the transition to new fiscal year.

Your main activities will be to:

Support periodical reviews of the business up & down the management chain Support target setting of SP EMEAR strategic priorities Enable data management, dashboards and business analytics Develop and generate reports to track key business indicator Provide greater visibility to S&P and Sales Management on business performance Identify and provide analysis around gaps in business indicators and metrics Understand key operational processes and translate to support decision making Enable compliance with local governance in line with Sales leader’s requirements Support Sales Readiness objectives, including Sales compensation changes Support Integrated Account Planning, providing key information, internal & external data points Support forecasting, planning process, and financial metrics monitoring Ensure forecast roll up, and funnel health is understood and accurate Run variance analyses, identify major trends and gaps to support resource allocation Support visibility on rolling pipeline for quantitative and qualitative reviews Provide deal level analysis for financial updates Take ownership of key projects to help facilitate the use of best practices Build tight relationships with sales teams for a constant coverage of key priorities

Who You'll Work With

The position will work in close partnership with the Strategy & Planning Lead as well as Finance & Operations leads aligned to your selected Cluster. You will interact with Senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to help shape and execute strategic priorities by establishing a strong operational framework and governance model. You will also play an active role as a member of the SP EMEAR SP&O community.

Who You Are

You will need to have a deep understanding of working with Excel & Power Point You will also have strong analytical and numerical skills and experience. Strong project management experience. An organized approach to work with good prioritization skills Ability to simplify/create understanding of processes and their dependencies Ability to build strong relations and confidence while also having a strong situational awareness Ability to work independently and use own initiative make appropriate decisions quickly You will have experience of working in a dynamic sales-led culture is desirable (Technology experience useful, but not essential) You will understand working in matrix, complex, constantly changing and progressive environments A positive, can-do and pragmatic approach to challenges and complexity and willingness to learn Ability to challenge others in a constructive way to help transform, innovate
