Context:
Within the framework of Finance and Accounting Applicative Maintenance of CMA-CGM Group, we are looking for SAP

Technical Lead capable of providing strong development expertise to implement and enforce SAP Finance modules (FI,

CO, MM, AP, FICA), in close collaboration with business users, as well as internal and external Technical and functional

teams.

As part of the Financial Support Domain at CORE IT Direction, for SAP – will have to:

Maintain SAP application platform in collaboration with our partners and AMS organization
Manage and support the SAP developments
Monitor solutions delivery (creation/modification of administration) with subcontractors, from the request until the delivery to Business.

He/she will be able to work with offshore resources belonging to our different partners.

Job description:
We require a Technical Business Analyst Lead who knows SAP ECC 6 able to:
Be part of IT Finance Support team, as SAP FI Technical Business Analyst Lead
Maintain the smooth running of SAP developments (abap, abap oo, idoc, Odata) by writing and managing the technical specifications as well as the non-functional requirements attached to the development of the solution as well as to all of the incoming and outgoing interfaces with other operational systems (SAP TM, Ariba, Tradeshift, Kyriba,..)
Work in Agile mode by collaborating with the Key Project Core Team (FAST) to identify, analyze, interpret and prepare development models ensuring consistency with the requirements of other business process owners and experts
Analyses business and technical Requirements for access and restrictions on a wide range of Systems.
Participate to evolution’s and solution’s deliveries of the program roadmap
Stabilize the group Finance Legacy system
Organize, prepare and execute the technical tests resulting from the functional use cases
Guarantee compliance with SLAs (Service Level Agreements)
Assist on deployment and development of the existing SAP solution (LISA) with the various business entities,
Ensure management on meeting deadlines (ETC), progress of tasks and risks,
Rigor while monitoring deliveries with subcontractors
Work with offshore teams (Europe, North America, North-Africa, Asia)
Excellent written, oral presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ensure to communicate regular reporting status to management and Business
Propose configuration optimization on solution’s
Manage and properly write technical requirements and specification for inbound outbound interfaces.
Provide support to Architect to design the target Architecture Design for Interfaces
Apply the CMA CGM methods and processes.

Help BRM and business project referent in their Business Requirement writing
Ability to lead workshops with various Business representatives
Propose creative solutions in order to meet the Business Requirements while being compliant with the group strategy
Enhance the existing SAP FI application to the CMA CGM Carrier’ entities
Work on Agile mode to collaborate with the business and the key project core team members, to identify, analyse, interpret, and prioritize business requirements ensuring alignment with one or more business process owners/ business process experts
Ensure SAP Organizational structure alignment with CMA CGM principles regarding Carrier Agencies relationship, Accounting and bank business rules and uses cases.
Rigor while monitoring deliveries with subcontractors
Excellent written, oral presentation, and interpersonal skills
Communicate weekly status to management and Business
Manage functional design phase activities such as workshop animation, functional detailed specification realization
Functional support for Business users
Reporting to the Management team

Skills:
Business Schools, Engineer School or equivalent in IT / IS
At least 8 years within a similar role, as a Technical Lead consultant or including at least 3 years in a similar role, as a Lead consultant or Lead Dev within an end customer You have at least 8 years of experience, including at least 3 years in a similar role, as a Lead consultant or Lead Dev within an end customer
You have led at least 2 implementation cycles, preferably global template on the deployment of global SAP solutions,
You master the SAP environment, ideally Finance and the development of its solutions (including AP, ABAP, integration, Idoc Management, DMEE, Tax accounting data model and Odata processes)
You also master development on other technologies (.net, SQL, ...)
You bring knowledge of development tools, methods and standards,
You have already had the experience of piloting offshore teams,
Experience in Finance and Accounting Information Systems
Rollout experience on Agile method will be a plus
Knowledge of Shipping Business would be appreciated
Knowledge of computing methodological tools and standards

The Good candidate must have a solid experience in application user support and administration support, coupled with recognized expertise in ABAP, and if possible, Web-developing.

English must be fluent for him/her, French would be highly appreciated.
