As a Tech Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our rapidly growing business by attracting great and highly capable people to our diverse global team. You will report to the HR Director of the Company, keeping in mind that the CTO will be your key stakeholder.About ConduktorConduktor Inc is a remote-first company building a unified platform for developers and enterprises working with the Apache Kafka ecosystem. Also, we care about seeing our teams blossom & growing with us!Our teamThe majority of our company are engineers who have previously worked in the Apache Kafka ecosystem such as in Adtech, Fintech, Retailtech. We are backed by prestigious investors and advised by a team of experts.Responsibilities Act as a hiring manager: understand our needs, design an effective and efficient interview process, come up with sourcing tactics, execute and iterateCollaborate closely with the team and evangelize the recruiting processSource, attract, and close candidates for leadership and IC roles within Engineering and Product (Software Engineers, DevOps, Data Engineers, Engineering Managers, Product Managers, Product Owners, etc).Regularly review the performance of your recruiting pipeline, identify and fix bottlenecksProactively build relationships with a wide network of top candidates to bring them on board at the right timeFind and leverage multiple channels for sourcing top talent, including LinkedIn, conferences, professional chats – you name itHelp us build and improve our TA reporting with the most relevant KPIs to ensure a high-level performance of our hiring processes Requirements Native or very good english both written and verbal, we are a global startupExtensive experience with full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced Tech/scale-up environment (5 years in a similar position would be a minimum to ensure we put you into a successful dynamic)Experience with recruiting a wide range of Senior, Manager and IC roles with a high technical barExcellent verbal and written communication skills for your target marketProven abilities to attract passive candidates and build a diverse pipeline through sourcingAbility to quickly adapt to changing environments and priorities, optimize your time, and think critically BenefitsPerks and Benefits, the good stuff!Premium Healthcare coverFlexible working hours and full remote workingCoaching programs to help you grow in your role and career You decide what IT equipment you need to be super efficient (2k € allowance for your Mac, headphones & co)Top-notch tooling International teams with a wealth of knowledge2x year amazing team building off-sites in cool European citiesThank you for applying!
