About the role

Are you able to interpret existing business models and see where new technologies could be beneficial or disruptive? Could you explain how blockchain works to a C-level audience? Can you connect the dots in a different way to create genuinely new product or business opportunities?

As Business Analyst and Proxy Product Owner at ConsenSys Solutions, you will be the privileged interface between our tech team and corporate clients or governments in the delivery of complex software.

You will work closely with our Enterprise clients in order to understand their current business model and operations as well as the needs and pain points of their users/customers, and translate high level application requirements into user epics and user journeys that the tech team will implement. In doing so, you will work closely with our teams of product designers, blockchain developers, scrum masters and program managers, all part of close-knit teams who are delivering some of the most advanced blockchain software in the world.

This position requires a combination of project management, fast paced execution, process optimization, as well as problem solving & creativity. It involves leading client interactions, collaborating with cross-functional teams working on multiple types of problems and challenges as well as being the first responder when things go wrong.

Required
--------

2+ years experience as a consultant, business analyst of product owner in Enterprise software. Strong experience as an agile product owner including redacting clear & exhaustive user stories as well as proactively maintaining a product backlog. Excellent verbal and written communication in French and English. Regular user of common agile project management tools such as Jira, Asana, GitLab board, Kanban. Bonus points for

Blockchain/DLT project implementation experience - ideally Ethereum based. Having worked in a startup as well as in a big corporate environment. Technology industry experience (Tech Startups, Fintech products, Google, Microsoft...). Other skills to demonstrate
