As a BI Analyst, you will be at the core of data-value creation and top-management decisions for Contentsquare.

Attached directly to the Operations, the role of a BI Analyst is a hybrid one, mixing two different sets of skills: strategic & technical. Overall, this position at Contentsquare is a unique one: you get to be part of impactful projects while developing strong expertise in company analytics, technologies, and data in general.
Dedicated to the Retention & Growth internal axes, this BI Analyst will support with data and insights the internal business departments of Contentsquare: Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Customer Experience and Marketing.
Deliver internal data analyses and KPIs extractions to guide business stakeholders from different departments on their decision-making process.
Create dashboards and insightful data visualizations to help our internal customers to understand their business.
Present insights and recommendations to executives and VPs.
Collaborate with other data stakeholders by building our technical infrastructure with BI engineers and by assuring the quality of our data environement with the Data Stewards.
Proactively lead, manage and develop new innovative projects & meetings. A client-facing appetite is required.
Sales: Find Upsell opportunities based on how our customers use our platform;
Customer Experience: Reward customers based on their engagement with Contentsquare.
Finance: Create automated finance reports using multiple tools data
Customer Success: Churn predictor, correlation analyses
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a BI Analyst / Data Analyst / Data Scientist.
Can speak and write fluent professional English. You have excellent communication skills.
Has a logical, analytical & pragmatic mind.
Is a proactive team-player and an autonomous problem solver / a solution finder.
Can work fast and handle tight deadlines.
Can coordinate multiple stakeholders to define needs, batches and deliverables of your projects.
Is interested on developing business knowledge on the Retention & Growth departments: Sales, Customer Success, Customer Experience and Finance.
Technical skills necessary: SQL; Python and Pandas, or other scripting languages; BI tools such as Data Studio, Power BI, Looker, Tableau, etc.
Data Science skills (clustering, patterns, prediction, forecasts, machine-learning, etc.)
Experience in a client-facing position. You know how to convince people & lead meetings.
Business knowledge on Sales, Customer Success, Customer Experience, Finance or Marketing.
