Your mission in Crown
Working closely with internal and external business partners, the successful candidate will support, monitor and deliver an adequate and effective recruitment process for our Beverage Business and Corporate functions across Europe and MENA. In this role, you will need to have first-hand experience in hiring exceptional talent directly into a blooming business and be excited to be part of the journey. You will be a full cycle recruiter, from sourcing candidates (through LinkedIn, headhunting, networking, engaging passive talent and leveraging employee referrals) to assessing candidates (through an initial phone/video screen, as well as face-to-face competency and behavioural-based interviews, whilst delivering a fantastic experience to candidates and internal customers.
You will effectively manage and maintain our ATS on SAP SuccessFactors and the various recruitment channels on social medias and you will support and enhance any Employer Branding Initiatives on an agreed media/communication plan. You will develop and improve effective data reporting for recruitment in your area.
You will be also involved in supporting recruitment projects (e.g. new and/or expanding operations) and you will support the implementation of succession plans and talent pools for CROWN in Europe and MENA.
About you
The successful candidate is a graduate in HR and/or Business Administration, with at least 3-4 years previous first-hand experience in recruiting in a manufacturing and international environment. With robust interviewing skills, you are eager to continuously learn and improve the processes. Fluency in English is mandatory for this role, with the willingness to adapt to different cultures and circumstances.
A self-starter, you have strong communication and listening skills, with the ability to interact at different levels within the organization. You are well organized, detail-oriented, with a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks with tight deadlines simultaneously. The role will require a certain level of administration and project management skills and you should be comfortable with dealing with applicant tracking system (on SAP SuccessFactors) while providing guidance and support to the plant HR community. A team player, you are flexible and creative and comfortable in dealing with social media.
