We are looking for an amazing Business Analyst who will join our Strategic Finance Team, whose mandate is to develop tools, dashboards and reports to support business needs in order to maximize growth and scale the organization. To succeed in this critical role, you will work closely with the CFO and Operations Engineer.

What you'll do

Challenge the status quo: build tools, dashboards and reports to leverage the vast amount of data you’ll have access to Release early, relase often: optimize and validate regularly the quality of the tools that you have put in place Knowledge is power: Analyze and interpret data provided by tools, dashboards and trakers Extract and verify that the right information is always available Guide and support strategic decisions Market and competition analysis

What you'll need

Educational background in Business Administration /Economics /Statistics /Engineering 2/4 years of experience in working within a complex environment (international, data driven, matrix organization), preferably in Business Consulting Great organizational skills; ability to manage several work streams and projects at once Liberty and Responsibility: Self-starter, you success in fast-paced environments and you take ownership of your tasks Problem solver with a strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and empathy Advanced Excel and SQL skills Attention to detail; ability to own large datasets with confidence and 100% accuracy Knowledge of Salesforce - VBA - Python is a definite plus Why you should apply:
