Job Description

Do you have an analytical mindset and a genuine passion for science? Do you enjoy working with IT teams from all around the world?

As an Operational Business Analyst, you will join an international team working on an in-house software called eLIMS-NG (Eurofins Laboratory Information Management System, the Next Generation), a comprehensive and integrated suite of tools and applications to support the testing business in our laboratories worldwide, from sample registration until analytical results reporting and invoice generation.

You will be part of the Business Integration Team responsible for enabling the widescale deployment of eLIMS-NG in Eurofins Laboratories.

Your function will include understanding the end-to-end process of Business Units where eLIMS-NG is already used and where the product will be implemented, and defining the new process.

Other responsibilities as Operational Business Analyst will include:

Extracting business uses cases from laboratories Gathering all documentations for guiding operational teams through the new process Working with local business teams to formalise Business Use Cases Providing demos and presentations Submitting Business Requirements and Use Cases to the Product Management Team on behalf of the local business Provide operational feedback, participate to continuous improvement of the product and increase customer satisfaction. Liaise with Process Product Expert to propose the smoothest possible transition for the labs rolling out to eLIMS-NG
Qualifications

Are you our kind of extraordinary?

You have an analytical mind and you can quickly understand the specificities of laboratories/ sites and underline what the special area of focus would be.
You are able to synthetise laboratory business cases and needs and can communicate in a clear and efficient way.

You also have:

2-5 years of work experience as a Business Analyst or Lean Manager, preferably for LIMS systems Strong experience in documenting Business Flows and Use cases Strong communication skills in English. French/German is a strong plus Willingness to travel to Eurofins laboratories; a full driving license is a plus
