Europcar Mobility Group is recruiting for its headquarters (Paris, 17th) a UX Data Analyst.
Reporting to the Head of Design (Paris Hub), the UX Data Analyst objectives are :
Collecting, analyzing and reporting customer/user data on all our products : Acquisition, Search & Results, Customer Account etc. Providing UX inputs to help designers and product teams to deliver the most attractive and efficient products to usersMajor areas of accountability :
Data
Providing relation and tooling deployment (Google Analytics) Putting in place tracking plans (Google Analytics, Content Square etc.) Collecting user data and track results Providing strong support on conversion rates, customer satisfaction and revenue uplift to designersUX analytics
Delivering efficient data analysis with help from UX Researchers (if needed) Analyzing business reports from marketing department Launching deep dive on main trends in a proactive way Suggesting possible root causes and suggesting, with designers, possible actions to improve our products experienceCommunication
Sharing insights to designers on a weekly basis Managing monthly reports to share insights to the Product DirectionINTERNAL AND EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS
Internal: Product, IT, eCommerce, Marketing, Communication, Sales, Fleet, Countries External: Digital agencies, data related external providersPrevious experience:
At least 3 years experience of Data analytics and presentation of reports UX knowledge (mandatory) A first experience in an international environment is a plusEducation level / certificates: Bachelor degree (at least) or equivalent
Languages:
Completely fluent in English (all written documents and contact with subsidiaries and partners are in English). Spoken French important Other languages useful (e.g. German, Spanish etc.)Specific skills and software used:
Google Analytics, Content Square, Google Suite Strong analysis skills Strong Data expertise in an e-commerce environmentPersonal characteristics:
