Position Purpose:


The Manager - Talent Acquisition will lead the structure and development of our Talent Acquisition strategy to deliver top talent for hiring needs. This individual will manage the TA team and ensure that hiring targets for both agent and non-agent requirements are met.


Job Requirements:



Partner with Operations and Training counterparts to determine business hiring needs and develop strategies to meet hiring goals
Ensure week on week ramp fulfillment is 100% and that there zero revenue loss due to missed classes
Takes the team in ensuring that quality of hires is tracked and measured against each recruiter by coordinating with Training and Operations to monitor 30-60-90-day attrition of trainees and establishes benchmark profiles per program/account
Manage the Ramp Plan and communicate with Client Services, WFM, Training, and Operations to ensure that ramp is within the site’s capacity and seasonal challenges are called out and considered
Manage a team of Talent Acquisition Assistants, Specialists, Leads and AMs on a daily basis, to include establishing metrics, priorities, and expected performance levels of the team
Monitor and evaluate the performance of recruiting strategies & processes and execute necessary plans and actions to improve the process
Ensure that stakeholders are updated on the team’s strategies to ensure ramp fulfillment and what the status of the classes are on a daily basis. Attends to escalations as necessary
Oversee and ensure that the TA Leads and AMs are calibrated with their respective accounts and
eventually certified to cover the account-specific assessment currently done by Operations and Training
Maintains a strong database of certified interviewers across Talent Acquisition, Training, and Operations
Assist in ensuring TA members are meeting certification and performance standards when
assessing/selecting candidates and serves as coach/mentor in their areas of improvement
Partner with other HR Teams, Operations, and other support units to implement and support onboarding and assimilation activities to ensure that new hires are successfully on-boarded
Sources and recruits for Managerial and Executive functions within the organization
Represents TA in meetings with stakeholders – Operations, Training, Client Support


Qualifications:



Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
Experience: 7 - 10 years’ experience in the recruitment
Full lifecycle recruiting experience is preferred
Cross-team coordination skills
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills

Problem-solving&excellent decision making skills
Analytical skills
