Our IT Department - Group Information Systems (GIS) is looking for a business analyst to be based in Location to be confirmed. Business analyst role is to contribute to definition, support and roll out of Faurecia Core Solution, for the Manufacturing & Supply Chain domain.

Main Missions and Objectives

Act as internal SAP expert for his/her domain : implementation of the corresponding modules/tools in close cooperation with key users, competence center and service providers (consulting companies)
Support Functional Design Team Leader in design activities, developing and enhancing the core system
Write/maintain functional specifications
Support integration activities for data migration, interfaces and data warehouse
Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new systems / functionalities, and other post-implementation support
Review existing business process documentation and SAP end user work instructions for applicability and modify as necessary
Ensure user training and make sure that tools are correctly used by manufacturing community
Track bug fixing with the competence center or with the editor
Meet with decision makers, system owners, business process owners and end users to define requirements, system goals, identify and resolve system issues
Lead and participate in design sessions regarding new functionalities for the purpose of enhancing business processes and information process flow
Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.
Provide guidance and/or instruction to peer staff members

Contribute to functional design activities in a broad domain that covers
MRP-Procurement
Inventory management
Warehouse management
Supply chain

Education :

Master’s degree of engineering, business, IT or equivalent

Key skills:

Fluent in English (daily use, in all interactions), third language is a plus
Solid written, oral communication and interpersonal skills, in an international environment
Team-oriented, at ease in fast-pace and collaborative environment
Strong customer service orientation
Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask. Flexibility and adaptability in work approach
Ability to conduct research autonomously into documentation and systems, to explore solutions in autonomous manner
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
Extensive experience (minimum 3 years) in SAP (MM-WM-EWM)
Customizing experience is a plus
Experience in project management or project mode
Broad knowledge of industrial, supply-chain and warehousing processes
Previous experience in production/manufacturing/logistics/supply chain domain is a plus, ideally in automotive industry
Motivation to learn new technologies and take on new challenges in a fast-moving environment (integration topics, APIs, industry 4.0, etc)
