Fujitsu’s Service Management solutions combine the power of ServiceNow across the entire Enterprise Service Management portfolio (ITSM, HR, ITOM, GRC, CSM, FSM, etc.). As a ServiceNow global elite partner, we streamline Service Management processes across the enterprise. We count about 400 ServiceNow Specialists working across 16 countries, and have a successful track record of 800+ ServiceNow projects. We are expert in implementing global SaaS projects.

In 2021, Fujitsu has been awarded ServiceNow EMEA Service Provider of the year, for its excellent performance delivering ServiceNow solutions across customers’ highly complex and dynamic environments in 2020. Today, our practice is growing rapidly and we are looking for new talents to join our team!

As a Business Analyst, you will work on fixed-price projects or consulting services for our customers, and will be responsible for:

Providing support to our clients’ teams through needs collection workshops; Recommending solutions adapted to the functional needs and the technical environment of the clients; Taking part in drafting the project documentation (architecture file, technical specifications), configurating, developing or testing the solution; Preparing presentations and proposals for the customers, and reviewing all the documentation dedicated to customers and internal teams; Helping our Sales team to develop the business, using your expertise on ServiceNow and ITSM tools.

Your Profile
You have a minimum of 5 to 10 years’ experience as Consultant within the IT industry, as well as a deep knowledge of ServiceNow. You are ServiceNow trained/certified (System Administrator, Fundamentals, ITSM or other modules), and have experience working on integration projects.
You are a dedicated team player, with strong communication skills as well as an important customer and service focus.
