Locations: Argenteuil - France or Hamburg - Germany
In this position you will be responsible for these key areas:
Customer Management
• Customer Contact - key point of contact for customer HQ for all topics linked to global supply chain and pricing.
• Supply Chain - management of production transfers, harmonization of integrated business and execution of updates in external and internal systems. Key point of contact for customer care.
• Pricing - management of customer price list and all associated updates (new fragrances, new ship to sites etc). Maintain and distribute global price list and quotations. Act as the customer contact for portfolio price requests
Business Analysis & Data Administration
• KPI Management with customer - global responsibility for core list KPI tracking (e.g. win rate, supply performance).
• Internal Sales & margin / KPI tracking - regular business analysis and number crunching to ensure sales/margin activity is on schedule and meets success criteria.
• Superuser for system/process upgrades (e.g. SAP, internal sales and fragrance data management tools)
• Sales budget coordinator: gathering regional Input, consolidating Inputs, checking consistency and Input data In the budget system
KIAM/KAM Support
• Contribute to Account Development Plan (ADP)
• Global Coordination - global point of contact for all regional teams for all topics linked to supply chain and pricing.
• Coordination of the process for newly won projects/adoption of fragrances into customer portfolio (new orders, feasibility studies etc) and correct implementation in relevant systems.
• Deputising for the Key Account Manager in his/her absence in dealing with all incoming client and Givaudan requests.
• Maintenance of a suitable filing system and records appropriate to the clients' needs. Assisting the Key Account Manager in periodic updates of Givaudan data bases, for exam-ple sales figures, pricing information or reallocations.
• In conjunction with the KIAM/KAM, preparation of presentation documents and quotations in support of fragrance submissions.
Requirements:
• Preferably 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a comparable role
• Fluency in English, additional good knowledge of French or German
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• Ability to face with customers with an analytical mindset
• Demonstrates capacity to learn quickly
• Relaxed in an international environment
• University degree is an advantage
