As a thought leader within the team, your mission is to put science into decision making by leading data governance for all software features. Priorities can change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities: • In partnership with Data Protection Officers and Legal develop and scale policies and procedures for data privacy • Design, implement, and oversee the Stellantis privacy by design strategy for all software solutions • Implement and carry out standards and guidelines for data ownership, integrity and accessibility • ensure the organization maintains the appropriate consent procedures, authorization, and information notices • manage procedures for customers, employees and data breach incident responses, ensuring alignment with the actual implementation of personal data processing activities • You will develop work class documentation, end-to-end operational processes, and procedures • lead the Software Group's response to privacy-related emergencies and other potentially damaging events • You will collaborate cross functionally with Engineering, Business Intelligence, Data Science, and Product Management teams to support new product and feature launches Top Performers will be able to demonstrate • A deep working knowledge of GDPR, HIPAA, LGPD, CCPA/CPRA, CPIPL, and other state, federal and international privacy laws, regulations and industry best practices. • Experience implementing privacy policies in an international business that engages in business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) transactions • Experience with cloud computing, online services, web applications, and data analytics. • Experience working with large, cross-functional teams spread across multiple locations • Comfort with translating ambiguous high-level analytics questions into concrete engineering asks • Strong communication skills, especially with technical writing and executive-level presentations • Strong leadership skills in the hiring, establishment and subsequent development of your team's goals, talent, output, and growth ONLY SEND CV IN ENGLISH Profil Skills MA/MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Product Management or a related discipline 8+ years of experience working as a data engineer, data architect, product manager, or data scientist Significant experience working with Big Data platforms (i.e., Databricks, AWS S3, Google Big Query, Azure, etc.) Proactive leadership leads to a positive impact on the team's culture Extra points!
