As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will work closely with the HR team to execute our challenging hiring plan.
YOUR MISSION WILL BE:
Work closely with our Head of Talent and our Talent Manager to execute our 2021/2022 hiring plan Find the best tech candidates via different job boards & direct sourcing Be a true business partner for the hiring managers & interviewers : understand their needs, develop an adapted hiring strategy Organise and lead screening calls & interviews with tech candidate, from junior to high level profiles Manage and follow every steps of the hiring process with the candidate & the interviewers, Ensure we maintain a high standard of candidate experience Improve our internal hiring process, tools & reportings Lead some recruiting internal projects such as referral projects, recruiting events, employer branding, etc.YOU MIGHT BE A FIT IF:
You have a first and significative experience in sourcing candidates (ideally on tech profiles) You are agile and you are constantly looking for new ways of assessing candidates through innovative tools You are well organized, detail-oriented and able to prioritize You have a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks with tight deadlines simultaneously You have strong listening skills, intuition and empathy You are curious, eager to learn and want to gain responsibilities You speak english and want to work in an international environmentRECRUITMENT PROCESS
