Job description

In order to support the continuous growth of our business, we are looking for a results-driven and confident Financial & Business Analyst.

The Financial & Business Analyst will support the Financial Controller & the Head of FP&A on the reporting and analysis of the company’s key financial metrics, ensuring accuracy of financial information and will provide insightful information to the business.

What you will do

Moreover, he/she will support the finance department with various accounting and treasury tasks.

Prepare and consolidate all financial reports during the monthly and quarterly closing process; Provide analysis of budget/forecast/prior year variances during the month-end close process; Assist in consolidating, reporting and analysing budget and forecast; Perform business analysis (KPIs, performance metrics, ROI) for the Management; Support with information needs from the Business, Senior Management and Shareholders; Ensuring spending is kept in line with the budget (monitoring) for specific items; Assist in various accounting tasks (preparation of audits, financial statements, fiscal); Monitoring and evaluating financial information systems and suggesting improvements where needed; Participate in special projects as assigned by Finance management.

Preferred experience

Graduated from top ten French Grande Ecole (Management or Engineer), At least 2-3 years of work experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), controlling or audit / transaction services, Excellent skills with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), Good communication skills (fluent in French and English at least is required) and Excellent interpersonal skills, Autonomous and very focused on quality for the delivery, Strong leadership qualities.
