The Position

Project & Data Manager - Global RAC

Job Summary

NB: The creation of this position is a result of the transformation project which is currently undergoing an information-consultation process with employee representatives. The publication of this position is part of the transformation project and shouldn't be considered as final. The objective is for employees whose positions no longer exist in the new proposed organization to identify potential new roles that they could benefit from once the information consultation process is finalized.

Role :

Own New Product Development and NBO (new business opportunity) process for RAC

Responsabilities :

Pilot for innovation/NBO process within RAC, Lead the training, communication and adherence to processes for managing the NPD portfolio and NBO within RAC. Coordination where relevant of innovation component of ISO systems Coordinate the decision making entities such as gate reviews/portfolio reviews across RAC NBO protfolio Provide guidance and direction to project owners/managers to ensure implementation of NPD best practices Be the Business Process Owner within RAC for the portfolio management tool (Accolade) Ensure that complete and accurate data is entered into Accolade in a timely manner by all project owners Provide insightful analysis of the portfolio for both formal and ad hoc business reviews and communicate to stakeholders as well as regular gate reviews by segment and coordination of portfolio reviews Participate in the Portfolio Manager community across Imerys to identify and implement best practices Proactive implication into idea generation and treatment and capturing ideas into a phase 0 for processing Project manager role for at least one key/priority NBO project within RAC Visibility of the alignment of the NPD portfolio with RAC objectives including gap analysis and potential corrective actions Coordinate Idea management (collection/processing/treatment) and work with idea generators to register and support idea through to decision making.
