JOB SUMMARY
The ideal SEO (Search Engine Optimization) & Digital Communication Data Analyst candidate is a data-driven strategic thinker with a desire to understand the analytics behind international marketing and communications initiatives.
The candidate will ensure the tracking & sharing of value-added analytics & recommendations for the global Imerys team on large international projects & platforms. The scope will include: corporate and business website presence (currently in a large harmonisation project), global intranet, social media, and paid campaigns. The candidate will also take the lead on interactions with our specialized SEO & Analytics agency to ensure business needs are met on initiatives where they support.
He / she will be integrated into the corporate Communications team, under the leadership of the Digital Communication Director and will work in collaboration with all the members of the team. Imerys as a multinational group has many opportunities for evolution beyond the initial contract.

Travel: Some travel may be required depending on the project
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Collect, analyze and report on monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) for internal clients (internal communications team, content team, Business Area comms & marketing,...)
Ensure both business & corporate content from harmonised Imerys.com project is following best practices for analytics & SEO
Identify data-backed optimization opportunities for all digital platforms, i.e. strategies to improve SEO, time on page, click-through rates (CTR), etc.
Produce deliverables - monthly KPI reporting, keyword research and overall digital business development strategies
Propose tangible actions after analytics analysis for continuous improvement
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Previous experience measuring and reporting on digital KPIs
Knowledge of digital marketing tactics (SEO, PPC, email outreach, etc.) or tools (Google Analytics , Google Search Console, Drupal CMS , meta-data ..)
Experienced with advanced Excel / Google Sheet functionalities (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
Masters degree in communications / marketing / data analysis
Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders such as agencies, other teams, etc
Fluent in English
Previous B2B experience nice to have (though not essential)
