We’re looking for a Tech Talent Acquisition Manager, to contribute to the expansion of our Crypto squad which are working on blockchain-led projects (NFT’s, cryptos, tokenomics, etc.) . You will partner with them to hire Talents across various Tech disciplines (including but not limited to back- and front-end devs, product managers, cloud architects, data scientists) . This position is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of one of Jellysmack’s most exciting projects!


What you’ll be responsible for:

Partner with our Hiring Managers to understand their needs Craft an efficient and creative hiring strategy for each role Own recruiting efforts for all the roles in the squad You may be expected to hire in various geographies (with a focus on EMEA region, but some roles may be based in the US) Continuously rethink and challenge your recruiting practices and processes Develop advanced sourcing techniques to present a diverse candidate slate to Hiring Managers Be obsessed with continuously improving both Hiring Manager and Candidate experience


A little about you:

Solid experience in Tech Recruiting (in an agency, a company or a mix of both). Either way, experience working in a high performance / high velocity environment is a must Both highly organized and creative. You are able to gather data-driven insights and leverage them to “think out of the box” Experience hiring team members with different level of experiences (from junior to senior profiles) You have recruited across Dev, Data and Product, and developed a deep expertise in a least one of those areas Experience working on Blockchain based products (ie. NFTs, Cryptos, etc.) is not a must-have (our team will be super happy to get you up to speed) but interest in the field is of course necessary! A strong command of the English language (French is a plus!)

Zoom sur le métier de : Traffic Manager

Le Traffic Manager est chargé d’analyser et d’améliorer le trafic d’un site internet. Il travaille en collaboration avec les responsables du référencement et doit connaître tous les leviers utilisés en Web Marketing. A l’aide d’outils statistiques, il analyse les visites et le comportement des visiteurs afin d’augmenter le trafic et le taux de conversion. Son objectif final : améliorer la rentabilité des actions de publicité sur Internet, des opérations marketing et des campagnes publicitaires.
