Our GroupInformation Systems is looking for an Shopfloor BusinessAnalyst to be based at Nanterre .

Faurecia DigitalTransformation journey requires an Business Analyst for its Digital & Business applications. Objective is torationalize existing solutions used by our production plants in order to defineour new strategical roadmap and to support successful its transition.

Systems to be directlyconsidered are our MES/MoM (Manufacturing Execution System / ManufacturingOperations Management / Industrial IoT) hosted on either global editorssolutions (SAP MII, SAP ME, automotive traceability solutions) or our inhouseglobal solutions (just in time / just in sequence delivery systems)

Important is also tointegrate our global architecture (ERP, EDI, interfaces with Centralapplications, PLCS connectivity, Bigdata, RFID solutions) successfully and toleverage new innovative market trend (cloud base solutions, ecosystems,services, in memory DB).

Responsibilities :
Rationalize our current plant shopfloor applications footprint leveraging best of breed solutions Realize the implementation of the defined solution in the Faurecia Sites. Liaise with digital transformation Group strategical roadmap, applications and models. Help the transition toward our target architecture models Be involved in establishing compliance with ITsecurity, network teams, functional applications owners. Document & distribute standards, best practices and policies Work with IT and business representatives to identify opportunities leading to the design and development of tools and application Ensure that risks are reported and escalated. The ideal candidate willhave/be:
Competencies : Strong knowledge in MES / MoM solutions, ideally based on SAP solutions portfolio Global knowledge of Industrial IoT solutions and standards Solid knowledge in the Manufacturing & Logistics domain, ideally related to the automotive industry Proven experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software and hardware solutions, Good knwoledge of IT architecture, from basics to manufacturing specifics Behavioral profile :
Excellent understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives. Solid written and oral communication skills as well as interpersonal skills. Ability to conduct research autonomously into systems and products. Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and more user-friendly language. Team-oriented, collaborative environment. Strong organization skills with the ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks and meet agreed-on deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to seek alternatives, new ideas, and/or approaches International environment. Must be able to travel as required. Travel estimate around 60% Profile :
IT engineer Extensive experience (7+ years) with MES/MoM applications in one major industry, Experience in Core model build and roll out standard solutions Multi departments IT knowledge of a major Group English communication mandatory
