The Retail Competency Centre is responsible for delivering technical solutions across 3 zones / 35+ Countries which are used by 30,000 members of staff in our Retail stores.

We have a CORE team of project managers, solution architects, functional experts, technical engineers, developers and service delivery managers working on many projects to enhance the consumer experience within L’Oréal.

INTERESTED?

THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL DO AND LEARN IN NUTSHELL!

Work and Develop Retail Processes to support the projects

Understand technical process (API & Integrations) and develop specifications & update documentatio

Build a solid technical skillset to support Retail Needs (Interfaces & API)

Assist in the delivery of Global Retail Projects, namely MARS, the Global POS Retail Solution

Implement Projects and providing support on UAT and Test Case Definition

Support the Global Programme Manager & Retail Architect on documentation, specifications and maintenance proposals

Requirements:

Engineering background, or business background with an interest around IT, digital and data projects Master 1 or 2 Languages: Fluent in French/English

Secondly, in this specific position, it will be important for you to have :

Strong interest in Retail and IT

Technical experience on web forms (JS, Node.js, React), APIs (REST, .NET) and backend applications and databases (SQL server)
