Ledger is strengthening its Global Talent Acquisition Team to cope with its very ambitions recruitment plan by hiring a Senior TA Manager for Corporate roles.

Reporting to the Global Talent Acquisition Director, you will be responsible for:
Driving the end-to-end recruitment process on a portfolio of diverse opened positions by recruiting best-in-class candidates
Building strong relationships with the business leaders and hiring managers, acting as a real business partner
Ensuring candidates the best recruitment experience ever
Partner with other departments in a smooth way (HR Ops, HRBPs, IT, Facilities, Finance, Procurement,..)
Contributing to the development of Ledger Employer Brand
Participating in many other Talent Acquisition Projects in order to streamline processes, share TA best practices, ....
+10 years experience in recruitment, ideally in the software/technology industry
Previous experience in using an ATS
Strong track record in recruiting in volumes but also on niche roles
Ability to manage stakeholders
Ability to evolve in a fast-paced environment
Capability to use all types of sourcing channels
Ability to deal with ambiguity and change
Team oriented
Autonomy, responsible, quick learner
Ability to multi-task
