About the role
The Talent team, led by Richard Yarsley, partners closely with the business to help Malt, and the people who work here grow. Today there are 3 people dedicated to talent acquisition and 3 people working on internal HR topics. We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join the team, as you will be leading the recruitment process, the people you hire and the success of Malt will be in your hands.
Your main challenges will be to:Identify, attract, and assess top talent in a competitive landscape across EMEAManage the recruitment process ensuring hiring managers and candidates get the best possible experienceHelp our employer brand shine online and offline
This includes:Using a multi-sourcing approach to find active and passive candidates (LinkedIn Recruiter, CV techs, job postings, events, networking, etc)Assessing candidates via telephone, video calls, in-person meetings and case studiesAdvising internal managers on profiles and the talent market in generalRepresent Malt at events/ meetups/ conferencesUsing data appropriately, we are KPI driven team, you will follow rigorously your pipeline of candidates and make sure your candidate NPS is great
This is a unique experience to work in a fast paced scale up environment.
We use tools and processes to be efficient, but you will have to think outside the box to be successful.
The team is waiting for you, to support you but also to listen to your ideas.Minimum 3 years experience in recruitment, ideally in an agency or fast growing startup
Able to handle 30+ recruitments a year
Credible and reliable, the foundations of being a trusted advisor
Optimistic mindset, you are not afraid of problems but you bring solutions to the table as well
