Our Acquisition Team is looking for its new apprentice to develop ManoMano's affiliate network in France and Europe and support its media growth.
Starting from February - During one year
So many exciting challenges waiting for you !
- Grow our affiliates loyalty and average revenue : Help our affiliates to develop their visibility and monetize their website. Build exposure plans with our top affiliates to support ManoMano's commercial events.
- Identify and recruit ManoMano's future top affiliates : Identify qualitative affiliates and manage with our affiliate platform their onboarding. Turn our network into a qualified and DIY expert network. Develop the B2B activity on the affiliate channel. Grow our sustainable activity through our network.
- Activate and boost the affiliate network : Incent our affiliates to promote ManoMano's offers thanks to a strong animation program (affiliate challenges, newsletters, information sharing about our top sellers/products/discounts).
- APP install (15% of your time) : Manage and optimize the app install campaigns updating the asset and analyzing the keywords performances. Launching new app campaigns in order to support mano mano commercial activities. Monitoring the campaigns performances and return on investment.
Who are we looking for?
- Curious, flexible and autonomous. you are at ease in a changing and challenging environment.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Rigorous.
- Fluent in English and at least one of the following languages : Spanish, Italian, German.
- Good communication skills with ability to deal with team issues.
- Audacious, you are not afraid to take risks to solve problems.
- Ingenious, you like testing and learning until figuring out the best solution.
- You have already had experience in digital marketing and you are passionate about IT.
Nice to have :
- You love data, business development, prospecting and you have string negotiation skills.
- Digital marketing skills and storing understanding of its environment.
