YOUR TASKS

Propose and implement the online marketing plan (animation and merchandising) in coherence with the commercial activities of the different markets. You will ensure the promotion of all products, capitalizing on bestsellers in order to reach our commercial objectives. Perform the online release of products, the optimization of the navigation catalog, the site tree and the cross-sell. Create and optimize product pages to increase sales. Write and improve existing content taking into account: conversion and SEO optimization, legal and INCI regulations, brand image and user experience, ensure the relevance of customer reviews Ensure that translations into different languages are optimized Monitor performance and KPIs on a daily basis using SFCC and Google analytics and provide optimizations to boost conversions and revenue Bring SEO dimension in all actions: creation of category or product pages, writing, optimization of the navigation menu... Develop content for our “beauty mag” Identify journey optimizations and bugs corrections by testing daily and after each release the websites Involve in digital content creation Monitor product stock levels and anticipate replenishments Contribute to websites evolutions by proposing new features to develop growth as well as e-commerce platform evolutions to monitor the business Co-manage a trainee Customer review moderation Key contact for Customer service management in markets

You will work in partnership with:

The traffic Acquisition and CRM manager so that the animation is relayed consistently on the newsletters and traffic levers.

The Digital Transformation Project Manager to ensure an optimal user experience, alert on bugs and offer new features

The social media manager to develop content which can be used either on the website and social media

YOUR EDUCATION

Master’s Degree or equivalent specialized in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar relevant field 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role with international websites

YOUR STRENGTHS

Proactive and business driven both mindset and actions Knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud Data-driven mindset, strong analytical skills, business and performances orientated Experience with WordPress, HTML, and Google Analytics Rigorous and passionate Cosmetics knowledge is a plus Excellent organizational and time-management skills Critical thinker and problem-solving skills Fluent in English and French with perfect spelling and writing skills; German would be a strong plus
