Mhikes is a public and free GPS application that enables users to be guided all along their outdoor activities (hikes and cycle path, mountain bike, trails and more…) Today, more than 3000 guided experiences are available on Mhikes app to discover mountains, countryside, city centers… Our core business? A precise guidance and the mobile mapping. Together with Mhikes our public and free app, a B2B side has grown. We develop mobile solutions dedicated to tourism and travel stakeholder’s needs ranging from the generic to the white branded app. We particularly work with Tour-operators, Tourist Offices, Holidays Club and villages…
Mhikes technology has grown a lot during the past 6 years. Our company became the French leader in mobile solutions for adventure tour-operators, and holidays Club, and French tourist offices. (Terres d’Aventure, Allibert Trekking, Nomade Aventure, Altaï, Club Med, Azureva, Kappa Club)
This year, we are developing and launching an ambitious project to develop and promote a new BtoC Outdoor Experiences Plateform (mobile & web).
Our ambition: To become a reference regarding application for outdoor guided activities (hikes, cycles, trails..) and The platform to promote new outdoor and nature experiences.
About your Role
Mhikes is looking for a high-performing individual and team player to join the growing digital marketing team. The focus of this role is to develop and maintain dashboards on marketing performance, share insights, and provide recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
What You’ll Be Doing
Track and analyse performance of marketing activities (e.g. emailmarketing, push notifications, paid acquisition, etc.), assist with ad-hoc
analytic requests, and develop/automate regular reports
engagement, retention, and monetization initiatives
Develop standardized reporting metrics based on set marketing objectiveslinked to key campaigns and always-on digital marketing tactics
Monitor KPIs, flag potential performance improvements to the team earlyand often, and keep team informed of progress towards larger team goals for
the overall sales and marketing funnel
segmentation criteria, and forecasting models
Identify technical and strategic gaps in our analytics infrastructure andproactively drive best-in-class solutions
Requirements
A quantitative degree in a field like Statistics, Economics, Mathematics,Operations Research or Engineering (advanced degrees preferred)
3+ years of work experience in statistical or data analysis for B2C marketingteams
Advanced proficiency in SQL and a statistical package such as R or PythonProficiency in building data visualizations and interactive dashboards withtools like Chartio, Tableau, or Grafana
Hands-on experience creating, maintaining, and supporting data reportingand visualization tools
Experience with building forecasts and behavioural modelsExpert communication skills, including the ability to persuade and inspire, aknack for breaking down complex concepts, and a proactive attitude towards
knowledge sharing
